There is no universal amount for every person

How much protein powder to take depends on the product serving, the rest of your diet, the job you want it to do and any individual nutrition plan you follow. A search result or scoop size cannot replace the actual label and your context.

For many buyers, the first decision is not a number. It is whether the product fills a defined gap in a meal or routine you already understand.

Start with the labelled serving

Check serving size, servings per pack, protein per serving and the complete directions. Do not assume a heaped scoop, a second sachet or a larger drink is automatically better. If you use more than one protein product, count the combined intake.

DAILY uses one sachet as a complete serving. It provides 10 g plant protein and 5 g dietary fibre, and the routine begins at one sachet daily for at least seven days.

Introduce a new fibre-containing format gradually

DAILY's product routine is one sachet daily for at least seven days. Only increase to two daily if comfortable, one with each of two meals. Stay at one for longer if needed and do not increase while symptoms persist.

The simple way to make the routine yours is to give one sachet a full week before you consider two. If you have a prescribed protein restriction, kidney disease, relevant allergy, phenylketonuria or medicine-specific question, take the label to a qualified clinician before changing the routine.

Use the meal directions, not a larger dose to solve a mixing problem

Add DAILY after cooking to roughly 200 g or more of moist food. Sprinkle gradually and stir through the whole portion. If the food becomes too thick or the powder is uneven, change the meal base or mixing method rather than increasing the serving.

Eat the prepared food promptly. Do not dry-scoop, save an opened sachet or keep a wet mixture for later.

A simple self-check

  • What is the labelled serving?
  • What else am I already taking?
  • What meal or moment is this meant to support?
  • Have I introduced it gradually enough to understand my own response?
  • Do I need individual advice before changing protein or fibre intake?
