The DAILY meal guide

A place in the meals
you already make.

Dal, sambar, khichdi and beyond. Find a moist mixing base and make it your own.

A bowl of dal with rice and roti alongside

Start with a full bowl.

One sachet adds 10 g plant protein and 5 g dietary fibre. Sprinkle gradually into roughly 200 g or more of moist food after cooking, then stir thoroughly.

The dal or curry is your mixing base. Dry rice, bread or roti can sit alongside; they don’t mix in the same way.

DAILY adds to the protein already in your food. It doesn’t replace a meal or mean everyone needs a protein powder.

A bowl of dal with rice and roti alongside

Your everyday bowl

Dal

Sprinkle into a full bowl after cooking and stir throughout. Thin dal may become thicker.

Sambar with vegetables and curry leaves

A familiar favourite

Sambar

Choose a substantial serving with liquid and vegetables. Add gradually after cooking.

Bowls of khichdi and poha; choose moist khichdi for mixing DAILY

Soft, warm, comforting

Khichdi

Use soft, moist khichdi. A dry preparation is harder to mix evenly.

An Indian meal with a vegetable accompaniment, rice and roti

Keep the roti on the side

Curry & gravy

Stir into the moist gravy. Rice or roti can accompany it; they are not the mixing base.

Curd rice with curry leaves and pickle alongside

A cool option, too

Curd

Use a full portion, sprinkle gradually and stir. Expect some change in thickness and eat promptly.

What to expect when you stir.

Unflavoured means no flavour is added. It doesn’t mean every meal will taste or feel unchanged. Protein disperses as particles rather than becoming a clear solution. Thin dishes may thicken; texture depends on the food and how thoroughly you mix.

Why PHGG is in the blend.

PHGG, or partially hydrolysed guar gum, is a plant-derived, soluble and fermentable fibre. Gut microbes can ferment it after it reaches the colon. This describes fibre behaviour, rather than promising a digestive result. Sunflower lecithin helps the powder wet and disperse.

Make it, mix it, enjoy it.

Eat the prepared meal promptly. Do not dry-scoop, save an opened sachet or keep the wet mixture for later. Keep your usual fluid intake unless medically restricted.

Check ingredients and individual-use guidance, especially with allergies, kidney disease, a prescribed protein restriction or medicines.
