Getting to know DAILY

What exactly is RHOZU DAILY?

An unflavoured plant-protein and fibre powder in single-serve sachets. Stir it into a full portion of moist food after cooking. It adds to your meal; it does not replace it.

How much protein and fibre is in one sachet?

Each sachet provides 10 g plant protein and 5 g dietary fibre from PHGG. Two sachets provide 20 g protein and 10 g dietary fibre, in addition to your food. Both carton sizes have the same formulation.

What is PHGG?

PHGG stands for partially hydrolysed guar gum. It is a plant-derived, soluble dietary fibre that gut microbes can ferment. This describes the fibre’s behaviour; it is not a promise of a particular digestive result.

Is DAILY flavoured or sweetened?

No flavour or sweetener is added. DAILY is unflavoured, rather than guaranteed tasteless. The taste, thickness and texture depend on your food and how you mix it.

02

Making it part of your meals

Which foods can I add it to?

Dal, sambar, moist khichdi, curry, gravy, soup, oats or curd. Start with a full portion of roughly 200 g or more. Mix into the moist dish; dry rice or roti alone are not the intended base.

How do I start?

Start with one sachet daily for at least seven days. Only increase to two daily if comfortable, one with each of two meals. Stay at one for longer if needed; do not increase while symptoms persist.

How should I mix it?

Add after cooking. Tear open one sachet, sprinkle gradually across the food and stir thoroughly through the full portion. Thin food may thicken. Eat promptly; do not dry-scoop or save an opened sachet.

Is it suitable for everyone?

DAILY is for adults and contains mung bean, a legume. Check the ingredients if you have allergies. Speak with your clinician if you follow a medically restricted diet, have kidney disease or take medicines. Individual-use guidance is on the DAILY product page.

Cartons & launch updates

What’s the difference between the two cartons?

Only the sachet count: 30 or 60. At one sachet a day they last 30 or 60 days. At two a day they last 15 or 30 days. Start with one daily for at least seven days, so your first carton lasts longer than the full-routine estimate.

When can I order, and what will it cost?

The DAILY 60 carton is ₹999 today, with ₹1,199 shown as the compare-at price. Join the launch list for availability updates when ordering is ready. Joining is free and does not create an order, reserve stock or take payment.

Can I join without choosing a carton?

Yes. Pack preference is optional and helps us understand interest. You can decide what fits your routine when orders open.
