How to compare protein powder cost per serving
A transparent way to compare protein-powder cost: pack price, servings, protein grams, fibre, preparation and the routine you will actually use.

Start with the real pack and the real serving
A large container can look inexpensive while carrying a different serving size, protein amount or preparation burden. Begin with the live pack price, serving size, number of servings and protein per serving.
If the product contains fibre or other ingredients that matter to your use case, record those too. Cost is useful only when the things being compared perform a similar job.
Three simple comparisons
- Cost per serving: pack price divided by the number of labelled servings.
- Cost per protein gram: pack price divided by total protein grams in the pack.
- Cost per usable routine: include the meal, liquid, equipment and preparation you will actually repeat.
Do not compare unlike jobs
A shake, bar, ready-to-drink bottle and meal addition may all use the word protein while solving different occasions. The strongest value is the format that gives you the right nutrition for the moment and is easy to prepare again.
Also check whether a pack's headline serving assumes a scoop size you will not use, or whether the product has extra ingredients, sweeteners or allergens that change the comparison.
Where DAILY fits
DAILY is a pre-measured meal format: one sachet provides 10 g plant protein and 5 g dietary fibre. Compare its live pack price and serving count on the product page, then decide whether the meal-first format fits your routine.
The honest comparison is not simply sachet versus tub. It is the labelled serving, the ingredients, the meal moment and the work required to use it consistently.
A transparent buyer's note
Prices, pack offers and availability can change. Use the current product page for live commercial information and keep dated comparisons clearly labelled. Do not treat an introductory offer as a permanent price.
