Routine guide
Protein powder for a busy workday: choose a routine you can repeat
A practical workday guide to choosing a protein format around real meals, office constraints, preparation time and a repeatable routine.

Design around the meal that already exists
A busy workday rarely needs another complicated project. Start with the meal you already expect to eat and ask what format can fit beside it without adding unnecessary steps.
That might be a separate drink, a bar or a measured meal addition. The decision is practical: when will you use it, where will you store it, what will you mix it with and can you repeat it on an ordinary day?
A workday checklist
- Choose a predictable meal moment rather than relying on spare time.
- Keep the full label and allergen information available, especially when sharing a workplace kitchen.
- Use the pack directions for storage, preparation and consumption.
- Avoid stacking a new product on top of several existing supplements without checking the total routine.
- Keep an easy alternative meal available so the product is a choice, not a dependency.
Where a meal sachet can fit
DAILY is designed for an unflavoured addition to moist food after cooking. One sachet provides 10 g plant protein and 5 g dietary fibre. Add it to roughly 200 g or more of dal, sambar, khichdi, curry, gravy, soup, oats or curd, then stir thoroughly.
A sachet can reduce measuring steps, but it still needs the right meal base and prompt consumption. It is not a reason to make a dry meal absorb powder or to keep a wet mixture for later.
Make the choice fit your actual day
If your workday meal is consistently moist and familiar, a meal-first format may be easy to understand. If you are moving between locations without a meal, a separate drink or another portable format may suit you better. The honest answer can differ from one day to the next.
A low-load starting routine
Start with one sachet daily for at least seven days. Only increase to two daily if comfortable, one with each of two meals. Stay at one for longer if needed and do not increase while symptoms persist.
Ready for the simpler routine
10 g protein + 5 g fibre, right in your meal.
DAILY is an unflavoured plant-protein and PHGG fibre sachet made for moist food after cooking. One measured portion. One familiar meal.
