Food first, then a repeatable addition

Dal, beans, vegetables, fruit, whole grains and other everyday foods can all contribute to dietary fibre. A routine works better when it fits the meals you already make than when it depends on a separate task you repeatedly forget.

If you are changing your fibre intake, change one thing at a time where possible. That makes it easier to notice what suits you and what does not.

Why DAILY starts with one

A sudden change in fibre can feel different from your usual meals. DAILY therefore uses a minimum seven-day introduction at one sachet daily. Only increase to two daily if comfortable, and stay at one for longer if needed.

The DAILY start is intentionally simple: give one measured serving a place in your day before adding another. Stay with one sachet longer whenever that is the better rhythm for you.

Make the meal do the mixing

For DAILY, use a full portion of moist food—roughly 200 g or more for one sachet—after cooking. Dal, sambar, soft khichdi, curry, gravy, soup and curd are practical starting points. Sprinkle gradually across the surface and stir thoroughly through the whole portion.

Do not dry-scoop it, add it to a pan on the heat, save an opened sachet or keep the wet mixture for later. Thin food may become thicker; the final texture depends on the meal and mixing method.

Fluids and individual needs

Keep your usual fluid intake unless a clinician has given you a fluid restriction. People with kidney disease, a prescribed protein restriction, relevant allergies, phenylketonuria or medicine-specific questions should ask a qualified clinician before changing the routine.

Persistent diarrhoea, vomiting, severe pain, swelling, wheeze, faintness or other concerning symptoms need medical assessment. A nutrition product should never delay urgent care.

The practical takeaway

Use the food you already understand, make one measured change and give yourself time to notice how it fits. DAILY provides 5 g dietary fibre and 10 g plant protein per sachet, but your overall diet and personal needs still matter.
